Brigadier General ERIC P. DELANGE

Brig. Gen. Eric P. DeLange is the Director, Cyberspace Operations, North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command. In this capacity, Brig. Gen. DeLange provides integrated command, control, communications and cyber capabilities to support the full spectrum of assigned missions and to facilitate the vital information sharing and command and control needs of both commands. Additionally, he prioritizes and oversees defense of cyber key terrain as well as the activities of assigned cyber mission forces.

Prior to assuming his current position, Brig. Gen. Delange served as the Director, Cyberspace Operations and Warfighter Communications, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Cyber Effects Operations, Headquarters Air Force, the Pentagon, Virginia. As Director, he was responsible for integrating cyberspace warfare capabilities into the joint fight through strategic vision, policy, guidance and resource advocacy.

Brig. Gen. Delange received his commission upon graduation from the United States Air Force Academy in June 1993. Since his commissioning, Brig. Gen. Delange has held a variety of communications and cyber operations officer positions at the squadron, group, Numbered Air Force, major command, Headquarters Air Force, Joint Force Headquarters and Joint Staff levels.
