Brig. Gen. Bridget V. Gigliotti is the Director, Military Force Management Policy, Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower, Personnel and Services at Headquarters U.S. Air Force, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. The directorate is responsible for establishing and overseeing military force management policies that support and retain Air Force personnel across the military lifecycle. These policies guide the accession, assignment, evaluation, skills analysis and management, promotion, readiness, retraining, retention, separation and retirement of the Air Force's human capital and ensure Airmen have the necessary experiences and attributes required to compete, deter and win in the high-end fight.
Brig. Gen. Gigliotti was commissioned in May 1997 upon graduation from the U.S. Air Force Academy. She has commanded at the squadron, group and wing levels and has held various staff assignments on the Air Staff and Joint Staff. Prior to her current position, Brig. Gen. Gigliotti was the Director, Air Force Colonel Management.
