Julianne M. LeFevre, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Secretary of the Air Force Administration and Management, Director Air Force Enterprise Management, Arlington, Virginia. She is responsible for overseeing the Department of Air Force’s Business Mission Area. She guides the implementation of lean process re-engineering across the Department of Air Force and provides recommendations on generating efficiencies and improving processes. She develops and maintains the Air Force–wide strategic management plan and supports Department of Air Force enterprise management transformation initiatives.
Prior to her current position, Ms. LeFevre served as the Deputy Program Manager of the Logistics Information Technology portfolio, Deputy Program Manager of the MyNavyHR portfolio and Chief of Staff for the Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics and Business Solutions, under the Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Research, Development, and Acquisition. She also served as the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager of the Security Cooperation Execution System for the Defense Logistics Agency and Defense Security Cooperation Agency. Additionally, she served in a variety of leadership positions as a Logistics Officer for the U.S. Army Reserves, including Deputy Division Commander and Director of the Syrian Logistics Cell, Erbil, Iraq. Prior to her entry into civil service, she worked for Accenture, LLC in their logistics and telecommunication technology divisions, supporting multiple Oracle e Business Suite implementations.
Ms. LeFevre has over 20 years of experience in acquisition, program management and business systems implementations in DoD. She has led technological efforts in the areas of logistics, maintenance, human resources, financial management, foreign military sales and security cooperation.
