Cecily A. Odom

Ms. Cecily Odom is the Acting Director of Enterprise Information Technology within the Office of the Chief Information Officer for the Department of the Air Force, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. As Acting Director, she leads department-wide IT strategy, policy, management and governance for a $17 billion IT portfolio, and force development of a 12.4K civilian cyber workforce.

During her 35-year career, she has held a variety of engineering and communications positions serving the Air Logistics Center, Air Force Material Command, Air Education and Training Command and the Department of the Air Force.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Odom served as Principal Advisor, Enterprise Information Technology, Programming and Financial Management, within the Office of the Chief Information Officer. She served as a trusted counsel on sensitive issues and special matters of direct interest and concern to the Chief Information Officer. Ms. Odom developed, integrated, evaluated, and analyzed the $17 billion Enterprise Information Technology portfolio.
