Natalie M. Osgood

Ms. Natalie M. Osgood, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is Director, Budget Investment, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller, the Pentagon, Arlington, Va. Ms. Osgood plans and directs the budget formulation and financial execution of Air Force and Space Force procurement, research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E), military construction, family housing and base realignment and closure appropriations that total more than $150 billion annually.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Osgood served as the Division Chief for RDT&E and Procurement, Directorate of Budget Investment, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller, the Pentagon, Arlington, Va. She oversaw the formulation, execution and defense of over $125 billion in annual resources that supported Department of the Air Force and Secretary of War priorities.

Ms. Osgood began her career at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, as a summer hire in the Aeronautical Systems Center. She has experience in multiple aspects of financial management, including cost estimating and budget formulation and execution for operation and investment programs. She has held positions in acquisition program offices, center and command staffs and at headquarters, U.S. Air Force.
