Lieutenant General ERIC T. FICK

Lt. Gen. Eric T. Fick is the Program Executive Officer and Director for the F-35 Lightning II Program at the F-35 Joint Program Office in Arlington, Virginia. In this capacity, he leads the life-cycle program management of the F-35A, F-35B, and F-35C, the 5th Generation strike fighter Air System of choice for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, seven international partners, and seven current Foreign Military Sales customers.  

Lt. Gen. Fick entered the Air Force in September of 1990. He served in numerous command and staff positions, initially as a logistics plans and programs officer, then in a wide variety of engineering and program management roles.  He served as an Air Staff Branch Chief, Deputy Chief of the Air Force Senate Liaison Office, and Director of Global Reach Programs for Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition. He has commanded at the squadron and group level and served as the Air Force Program Executive Officer for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Forces, and as the Air Force Program Executive Officer for Fighters and Bombers.  

Prior to this assignment Lt. Gen. Fick was the Deputy Program Executive Officer for the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program.
