FRANK R. WASHBURN

Mr. Frank Washburn, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is Director, F-35 Hybrid Product Support Integrator Transition Operations, Joint Strike Fighter Program Office, Arlington, Virginia. Mr. Washburn leads the strategy development and implementation of readiness and affordability initiatives to achieve F-35 HPSI Full Operational Capability.

Mr. Washburn began his Air Force career as an inventory management specialist. He served 28 years on active duty in a variety of logistics management positions. He retired from active duty in 2004 and entered civil service at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
