KENT E. CHADRICK

Kent E. Chadrick, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Director, Headquarters Air Force Information Management, Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, Washington, D.C. He serves as the Headquarters Air Force Chief Information Officer and liaison to the Pentagon Architecture Council. He also manages the Air Force Declassification Office, Air Force Publications Distribution Office, Headquarters Air Force Multimedia Services and Enterprise Solutions.

Mr. Chadrick began his federal civil service career in 1985 as an avionics technician for F-4/F-16 aircraft for the 906 Tactical Fighter Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base at Fairborn, Ohio.  He served in the 99th Electronic Combat Range Group, Strategic Air Command at Richmond, KY.  He was a senior technical advisor in the 5th Combat Communications Group, Air Combat Command at Warner-Robins AFB, Georgia.   He served at Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Hickam AFB, Hawaii, as the chief tactical communications engineer.  Mr. Chadrick has served in several Air Force Space Command positions responsible for deploying space and cyber communication capabilities and conducting system and operational risk analysis.  He served as the Deputy Director, Headquarters Air Force Information Management Office, and also as the Chief, Policy and Chief Information Officer Support Division.  Prior to assuming his current position, he served as the Executive Director of the 844th Communications Squadron, which provides communications and information technology services to Headquarters Air Force, the National Military Command Center, and other organizations in the national capital region.  Additionally, the squadron provides mobile communications support to the Secretary of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force
