Maj. Gen. Kyle J. Kremer is Director, Global Reach Programs, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Arlington, Virginia. As the capability director, General Kremer is responsible to the Air Force acquisition executive for the $5.6 billion airlift, air refueling, training, and special operations programs portfolio, which includes KC-46, Presidential Airlift Replacement, Combat Rescue Helicopter, T-X, C-5, C-17, KC-10, KC-135, C-130, CV-22, HH-60, LAIRCM, CNS/ATM, OSA/VIPSAM, T-1, T-38 and T-6.

General Kremer entered the Air Force in 1990 as a distinguished graduate of the ROTC at the University of Central Florida. He is a command pilot with multiple assignments flying the C-5, KC-135, C-21 and T-37, including command at the squadron, group and wing levels. He also served as a Presidential Advance Agent.

General Kremer has served in multiple staff assignments, including, Chief of C-5 Modernization programs, and Chief, Senior Leader Management, Headquarters Air Mobility Command; and Chief, Distribution Division, Joint Staff Directorate for Logistics (J4), the Pentagon. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as Director for Manpower and Personnel (J1), the Joint Staff.
