Medical personnel assigned to Kosovo Force (KFOR) Regional Command-East from Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Sweden and the United States conduct a mass casualty exercise at Camp Novo Selo, April 3, 2026. The exercise tests multinational medical response and coordination for large-scale casualties, improving interoperability and readiness to support KFOR’s mission to ensure a safe and secure environment and freedom of movement for all people in Kosovo.
