Airmen prepare Iraq bases for transition
An Iraqi contractor holds steel chains from a 20-ton crane in place, as a crane operator awaits a signal to lift a 6-ton concrete T-wall barrier onto an awaiting flatbed truck, March 3, 2011, at Victory Base Complex in Baghdad. These crews are supporting a partnered effort to turn more than 1,200 U.S. forces T-walls to the Iraqi Army. Each T-wall section is 12-feet tall. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Master Sgt.
