Fiber optic class
Iraqi military students participating in a cable and antenna maintenance class Feb. 13, 2010, unravel a long cable to separate what is inside. The course is being taught by Staff Sgt. Gary Graf, an 821st Expeditionary Training Squadron cable and antenna maintenance instructor at Camp Taji, Iraq. During the 42-day course, Iraqi military students learn about theories, splicing cable and the improved capabilities that fiber optics can bring. Sergeant Graf is deployed to the 821st ETS from Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Trish Bunting)
