SECDEF administers 1st commissioning oath to ROTC cadets

General John D.W. Corley, the Air Force vice chief of staff, is pictured with Air Force ROTC cadets at the Women's Memorial in Arlington, Va. The 16 cadets were part of 55 chosen from various ROTC detachments for a commissioning ceremony May 17 led by President George W. Bush.
