Air Force releases updated fitness test score breakdown
Physical fitness testing will resume July 1, 2021. Several changes have been made to the test to include increasing scoring for push-ups and sit-ups from 10 to 20 points each, five-year age groups and the waist measurement no longer being required. The Air Force has also worked on alternative strength and cardiovascular testing exercise options with plans to announce them in the coming weeks. (U.S. Air Force graphic by Staff Sgt. Space Security Challenge 2021: Hack-A-Sat 2 registration opens
The U.S. Air and Space Forces in collaboration with the security research community opened registration May 4, 2021 for the qualification round of the second annual Space Security Challenge: Hack-A-Sat satellite hacking challenge. This virtual competition enables security researchers of all levels to focus their skills and creativity on solving cyber security challenges of space systems and incentivizes innovation in securing these systems. AFW2 announces Team Air Force for Warrior Games 2021
The Air Force Wounded Warrior Program is proud to announce the 2021 Air Force Warrior Games team. A team of coaches and staff selected 45 primary and 15 alternates; a combination of active duty, Guard and Reserve Airmen and veterans, after their 2021 Virtual Air Force Trials competition.
