Sophomore Abigail Rogers won the floor exercise with a career-best score of 9.750, as the Air Force women's gymnastics team dropped a 191.600-185.600 decision to visiting Cal-Berkeley March 18.

Rogers' winning mark matched her personal-high score, which she first set at Ohio State.

While Rogers was the only Falcon to finish in the top-three, freshman Kayla Kincade did pick up a fourth-place finish on the balance beam with a team-leading score of 9.525.

Senior Sashonna Iwaniec earned the team's top scores on two events. The Falcons' captain placed fifth on the uneven bars with a score of 9.450, while taking sixth on the vault with a score of 9.650. In addition, she tied for sixth on the floor exercise with a mark of 9.475.

Senior Christine Powers finished within the top half of the field in two events, as she took sixth on the uneven bars and balance beam, with matching scores of 9.300.

Air Force remains at home for a rematch with in-state rival Denver 7 p.m. March 26 at the Cadet West Gym.
