Qatari special operations personnel conduct a military free-fall Friendship Jump over Qatar on Aug. 21, 2017. (Aug. 21, 2017) A U.S. Air Force E-3 Sentry airborne warning and control system assigned to Air Combat Command at Tinker Air Force Base flies over the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71). U.S. Air Force Capt.
