Tech. Sgt. Angie Pianga goes to Moron, Spain, to show how active-duty, Air National Guard and Reserve Airmen are performing a vital role in getting people and equipment to and from Iraq. Tech. Sgt. Pachari Lutke is at Balad Air Base, Iraq, illustrating how the RQ-/MQ-1 Predator Unmanned Aerial Vehicle is helping provide security for the base.

Tech. Sgt. Joy Josephson goes to a remote area of Wyoming to witness research on robotic vehicles being tested to keep Airmen out of harm’s way.

Army Sgt. Peter Rimer reports from Laos on continuing efforts to recover remains of those missing in action from the Vietnam War.

Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. John P. Jumper takes the lead in urging Airmen worldwide to register to vote and then cast their ballots in the November election.

Sergeant Josephson is also at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., showing how entomologists there are fighting the annual battle against mosquitoes carrying the potentially deadly West Nile Virus.

Staff Sgt. Michael Noel updates the presidential mandate for deployment of an initial ballistic missile defense system, reporting from Vandenberg AFB, Calif., on progress there.

Staff Sgt. John Anderson goes to Bolling AFB, D.C., as teams teach motorcyclists the rules of the road and how to “ride alive.”

Tech. Sgt. Bill Scherer is in New England profiling an Air National Guardsman who uses her training at a local community television station to help in her job as multimedia manager for her unit.

Finally, Staff Sgt. Leigh Bellinger goes to Columbus AFB, Miss., where three-time Academy Award nominee Morgan Freeman finally has his dream of a flight in an Air Force aircraft come true.
