Officials name manpower, organization winners

RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas (AFPN) -- Officials from the Air Force's directorate of manpower and organization have named the winners of the 2002 Air Force Manpower and Organization Awards. They are:
Field Grade Officer of the Year -- Maj. Troy L. Hawk, 18th Wing, Kadena Air Base, Japan.
Company Grade Officer of the Year -- Capt. Christopher M. Hart, Air Mobility Command headquarters, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year -- Senior Master Sgt. David B. Geer, 4th Fighter Wing, Seymour Johnson AFB, N.C.
Junior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year -- Tech. Sgt. David G. Wooldridge, 48th Fighter Wing, Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England
Senior Civilian of the Year -- Sarah Beth Morgan, Air Force Special Operations Command headquarters, Hurlburt Field, Fla.
Intermediate Civilian of the Year -- Gary L. Severson, AFSOC headquarters.
Large Manpower and Organization Office of the Year -- 60th Air Mobility Wing, Travis AFB, Calif.
Small Manpower and Organization Office of the Year -- 7th Bomb Wing, Dyess AFB, Texas
