The 142nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron trained in flight for a number of different scenarios

The 142nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron trained in flight for a number of different scenarios. They prepared and loaded a C-130 Hercules for multiple teams and patients, then conducted their operations once under way.
