LaTanya Bryant, Air Force Special Operations Command deputy director of financial management, shares her experiences during a structural and institutional racism panel and leadership discussion at Hurlburt Field, Fla., June 5, 2020. The panel was composed of African American Airmen who shared their experiences with racism, on and off duty, to create an atmosphere that allowed leadership to have an open discussion about the topic.
