Today’s Air Force: SecAF visits Airmen, WWII gunner shares his story of valor

FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. (AFNS) -- Air Force Television News released a new edition of Today's Air Force on April 4.

This week’s edition follows the Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James on her visit to Ramstein Air Base, Germany, where she spoke to Airmen about the importance of their mission in Europe.

Then, Airmen at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., train and deploy with foreign counterparts and an F-35 Lightning II pilot explains where his aircraft fits into the future of airpower and combat strategy.

This 30-minute, bi-weekly news show can be seen every day on The Pentagon Channel and American Forces Television Service stations around the world. The show also airs on more than 140 public cable-access stations within the United States.
