599 selected for promotion to colonel, lieutenant colonel, major Published April 18, 2014 JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas (AFNS) -- The 2013C Colonel Line of the Air Force/Nurse Corps/Chaplain, and the 2013D Nurse Corps/Chaplain Central Selection Boards convened with 390 lieutenant colonels, 78 majors and 131 captains for promotion, Air Force Personnel Center officials announced April, 18.
