599 selected for promotion to colonel, lieutenant colonel, major

The 2013C Colonel Line of the Air Force/Nurse Corps/Chaplain, and the 2013D Nurse Corps/Chaplain Central Selection Boards convened with  390 lieutenant colonels, 78 majors and 131 captains for promotion, Air Force Personnel Center officials announced April, 18.

To see the selection list, go to myPers at https://mypers.af.mil, select "search all components," and enter "officer promotions" in the search window, or go to the Air Force Portal and select the promotion link.

The boards considered 4,017 lieutenant colonels, 388 majors and 194 captains, with the following results:

Promotion to Colonel
In the promotion zone:
LAF - 308 from 763 considered for 40.3 percent rate
NC - 18 from 35 considered for 51.4 percent rate
CHAP - 5 from 11 considered for 45.5 percent rate

Above the promotion zone:
LAF - 1 from 888 considered for 0.1 percent rate
NC - 1 from 55 considered for 1.8 percent rate
CHAP - 1 from 12 considered for 8.3 percent rate

Below the promotion zone:
LAF - 55 from 2,134 considered for 2.6 percent rate
NC - 1 from 119 considered for 0.8 percent rate

Promotion to Lieutenant Colonel
In the promotion zone:
NC - 50 from 88 considered for 56.8 percent rate
CHAP - 16 from 21 considered for 76.2 percent rate

Above the promotion zone:
NC - 6 from 80 considered for 7.5 percent rate
CHAP - Zero from 12 considered

Below the promotion zone:
NC - 6 from 187 considered for 3.2 percent rate

Promotion to Major
In the promotion zone:
NC - 100 from 118 considered for 84.7 percent rate
CHAP - 23 from 31 considered for 74.2 percent rate

Above-the-promotion zone:
NC - 7 from 39 considered for 17.9 percent rate
CHAP - 1 from 6 considered for 16.7 percent rate
