Armed assault survivor moves on to Warrior Games Published June 17, 2015 By Air Force Public Affairs Agency JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas (AFNS) -- The Department of Defense Warrior Games 2015 will take place June 19-28 at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. The Warrior Games is an adaptive sports program celebrating the athleticism of wounded service men and women. From Feb. 26 to March 5, the Air Force held trials to determine who would compete on the service’s team at Quantico. Retired Staff Sgt. Daniel Crane, a victim of an armed assault, placed in several events at the trials and is moving on to the Warrior Games in June. To view the Warrior Games page click here.
