(AFNS) -- The January issue of Airman magazine is now available to download and is viewable through a Web browser. In the cover story, titled “Digging for answers,” you’ll read about the effort to recover the remains of service members still missing in action in Vietnam. In the next feature, you will learn about the role the Air Force played in the Vietnam War and how operations in Southeast Asia affected conflicts several decades later. Lastly, you’ll read three profiles of Airmen who played major roles in the Vietnam War and how their lives continued when they came home.
