DLA produced Secondary Sales training video for U.S. Air Force personnel on how to use the DD Form 791 and enter a sale in to Fuels Management Defense (FMD). Entry into FMD creates the sale and allows us to invoice, which creates the bill. USAF personnel fill out the 791 and input the data into FMD on the flight line when the tanker returns from mission.
