Medical Training Exercise at Guardian Response

Lt. Col. Patrick McGauly with the 355th Medical Company Area Support (MCAS) speaks about the medical training during Guardian Response 2023 at Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC), Indiana, April 25, 2023.

U.S Army Reserve Soldiers from the 355th MCAS and 300th Chemical Company work together on a Mass Casualty Decontamination (MCD) line. They have trained together prior to this training exercise. At MuTC they train for a week together reinforcing their military medical and decontamination skills while preparing the Department of Defense to work in coordination with local communities during an unforeseen disaster.
