Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, is home to the 82nd Training Wing and 80th Flying Training Wing, making the base the most unique and diverse training installation in the Air Force. The base conducts technical training in officer and enlisted aircraft maintenance, logistics and other career fields. It is also home to the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program, the worlds only internationally manned and operated flying training program.
