The U.S. Army 5th Signal Command (Theater) cased it's colors at Clay Kaserne, Wiesbaden, Germany, Aug. 4, 2017. The inactivation of the command is part of the Army wide draw down, bringing a closure to the unit's 43 year old history in the European Theater. (U.S. Army video by Staff Sgt. Pablo N.
