U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Alvaro Tlacuilo-Bernal, a parachute rigger assigned to 647th Quartermaster Company, 264th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command rigs a T-11 parachute to a Kinston resident at Grainger Stadium in Kinston, NC, February 25, 2023. 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command has been working closely with the Wilmington Recruiting Company to increase recruiting efforts within the state.
