In this video, we discuss how to approach referral prospecting from high school staff members, more specifically coaches and counselors. You'll watch a simulated conversation between a high school swim coach (played by Chief Navy Counselor Billy Sunday), a high school counselor (played by Senior Chief Navy Counselor Isabel Guerrero), and a recruiter (played by Machinist's Mate First Class Jeremy Veazey), and learn some specific tools and techniques you can utilize when approaching RIs.
