Army Community service offers a weekly course called English as a Second Language. The class covers a range of topics including grammar, phonetics, English expressions, and conversational skills. Mini Zuniga, ACS volunteer instructor, explains the various ways the class helps set up military dependents for success. Roxana Uribe, military spouse, talks about her experiences with the course.
