Two utility trucks are chained down to the cargo bay of a C-17 Globemaster III at Sky Harbor Air National Guard Base in Phoenix, Ariz., Nov. 3. Airmen of the 732nd Airlift Squadron picked up the trucks and their drivers and delivered them to Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh, N.Y., where they will be used to help repair downed powerlines throughout the region.
