Renaldo Rivera, the adjutant general of the Virgin Islands National Guard and past and present unit members of the 285th Civil Engineering Squadron pose for a group shot after its re-designation ceremony at the Virgin Islands Air National Guard facility, Manning Hill, St. Croix, Mar. 3. The unit, formerly known as the 285th Combat Communications Squadron, transitioned from a communications unit to a rapidly deployable engineer unit.
