Mark Williams (left) and Joshua Nightingale, Transit Center at Manas Fire Department crew chiefs, assist a Kyrgyz Ministry of Defense member with his gear during an information exchange at the Transit Center, Feb. 22, 2012. Emergency responders from the Kyrgyz Ministries of Emergency Services, Interior and Defense visited the Transit Center to exchange information on explosive ordnance disposal and chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosives response. The military-to-military event was part of a continuing partnership information exchange that familiarizes Kyrgyz experts with U.S. Air Force CBRNE and EOD tactics, techniques and procedures.
