Air Force biologists and the U.S. Coast Guard transported 29 green sea turtle hatchlings, newly emerged from a late-season nest on the shore of Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla., out to sea Jan. 6, 2012. The nest was created in September 2011, and the eggs took 109 days to incubate -- more than 50 days longer than usual. (Photo by Julie Dayringer)
