Army Staff Sgt. Mario Perez and his wife Dina found out their new infant, Laurel Perez, was the last baby to be born at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, Aug. 28, 2011. The Hauth Birthing Center is relocating to Fort Sam Houston, Texas, to a state-of-the-art facility. The move will establish an integrated medical team of Air Force and Army staff.
