Afghan National Army medical personnel, U.S. Soldiers and 438th Air Expeditionary Wing Airmen arrived at the site of an Afghan Air Force Mi-17 helicopter crash in Kunar province Afghanistan. Upon arrival, teams assessed security, treated injuries and began the process of recovering the aircraft. An AAF safety investigation board has been conveyed to determine the cause of the crash.
