Airmen work under harsh weather conditions
Airman 1st Class James Horton works under harsh weather conditions during an exercise Nov. 21, 2010, on the flightline at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. Wing officials use operational readiness exercises to gauge the wing's ability to meet wartime taskings at a deployed location. The evaluation includes initial response, readiness, combat operations, ability to survive and operate, self aid and buddy care, and mission support.
