Grant approved for burn victim research
Lt. Col. (Dr.) Chad Hivnor uses a carbon dioxide fractional laser to help improve skin texture and flexibility on a wounded warrior's scarred hand Sept. 24, 2010, at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
