Disabled veterans sports clinic begins in San Diego
Disabled veterans from all branches of service take part in a cycling race along Silver Strand State Beach during the opening day of events for the 2010 National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic Sept. 20, 2010, San Diego, Calif. Participation is open to U.S. military service veterans with orthopedic amputations, traumatic brain injuries, burn injuries, psychological trauma, certain neurological conditions, visual impairment, spinal cord injuries and other recently incurred disabilities.
