Joint exercise kicks off with community day
Montenegrin Army Corporal Pogyre Markovic and (Capt.) Joseph Fisher plant a black pine tree Sept. 8, 2010, in the Topolovo region of Montenegro. Chaplain Fisher is in Montenegro for MEDCEUR 10, a Joint Chiefs of Staff-sponsored Partnership for Peace medical exercise for central and eastern Europe.
