Maj. Blake Richardson, Staff Sgt. Derek Sidberry and Jack Peterson discuss the airspace restrictions for the wild horse emergency gather Sept. 1, 2010. Due to wildfires near Saylor Creek Range, approximately 300,000 acres of range was burned, denying 198 wild horses access to food.
