Air Force Hands over Airspace

Tom Samples advises an Iraqi air traffic controller, directing the airspace of aircraft traveling through Iraq, Aug. 31, 2010, at Baghdad International Airport. Mr. Samples is contracted by the Iraq Civil Aviation Authority to train and advise Iraqi controllers.
