The Honorable Michael Donley, Secretary of the Air Force during the Air Force Week New York City proclamation ceremony on the USS Intrepid on Aug. 24, 2010. The event was highlighted by a six-ship flyover by the USAF Thunderbirds. Also attending, was General Raymond Johns, Commander of Air Mobility Command, the Police Commissioner of the City of New York, the Honorable Raymond Kelly, who represented NYC; and Mr. Greg Kelly of "Good Day New York" was emcee for this event.
