Misawa AB community gathers for Memorial Day retreat
Col. R.C. Craig and Japan Air Self-Defense Force Maj. Gen. Kozo Ishino lay the ceremonial wreath at the base of the U.S. and Japanese flags during the Memorial Day retreat ceremony May 27, 2010, at Misawa Air Base, Japan.
