Fisher House Groundbreaking at Dover
Secretary of the Air Force Michael B. Donley and Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton A. Schwartz listen to Kenneth Fisher, chairman of the board of trustees for the Fisher House Foundation, during the groundbreaking ceremony for the future Fisher House at Dover Air Force Base, Del., May 1.
