Sergeants Carnes, Evangelista and Davis are the 28th Medical Support Squadron’s NCOICs Medical Readiness and Pharmacy Automation and Assistant NCOIC Resource Management. On Carnes' arm is petroleum jelly and tissue paper, which will become a burn blister and damaged skin. Readiness training at the 28th Medical Support Squadron uses industry leading moulage skills, techniques and education to keep their mass casualty exercises as realistic as possible.
