Provincial government, American servicemembers dedicate midwifery program in Afghanistan
Fazlullah Wahidi (center) and Pashtoon Azfar (right) Afghan midwife committee chief take a tour of the Kunar midwifery program training center Dec. 22 in Asadabad, Afghanistan.
