Tech. Sgt. Buffie Verhagen obtains the finger print of a Kohistan II district Afghanistan national police noncommissioned officer Jan 14 at Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan. The fingerprint is cataloged in a database containing biometric information used to identify Afghans the Provincial Reconstruction Teams interact with.
