Commander brings holiday cheer to Ecuadorian schools
A group of U.S. Southern Command servicemembers, including deputy commander Lt. Gen. Glenn F. Spears and Army Command Sgt. Maj. Michael Balch were joined Dec. 11 by Airman from Forward Operating Location Manta, in singing Christmas carols to the students of the Angelica Flores School for the Disabled in Manta, Ecuador.
